“Claudie is 19 years old, has several medical needs, is often ‘forgetful’ and now is deaf. But he is friendly and looks for company –when he isn’t asleep! Needing to go away for 8 days I was recommended to contact Val of PAWS but was concerned when she told me that she was retiring just before I was due to go away. She then explained that Tracey had been working alongside her for some time and she was confident that all should go well.
From the start, a preliminary visit, I was impressed by Tracey’s attention to the detail of Claudie’s usual routine and habits as well the ‘what if’ arrangements in case he was unwell. This was particularly important as he is used to having me around most of the time. Reading her daily notes on my return her attention and caring is clear. Several mentions of ‘meeting’ and purring shows that I’m not the only one happy with Tracey’s services!
